This aesthetically pleasing application will appear on the homepage of your current website. It will feature two of your featured
listings. The website MLS administrator has the ability to log into the admin area and select MLS numbers that will then appear
as rotating featured properties. |

When an agent advertises in newspapers, magazines, web, etc they have the ability to direct the client back to their own page
within the company website. A session is set so if the viewer signs up for more information or “Save Your Search” they are
automatically saved to that agents profile. |

- The ICNDmls programming is proprietary to Intercoastal Net Designs and its servers. The MLS interface must be
hosted on ICND ’ s servers in order to access the database and its features as noted in this document. Our monthly
hosting fees will apply.
- If the balance of the website is hosted elsewhere the ICNDmls interface will be framed into the existing website and
only the MLS application will be hosted on our servers. Our monthly hosting fees will apply.
